What's included in rent?
- HOUSE-KEEPING. All common area cleaning handled for you. Floors, toilets, sinks, shower hair-trap, windows, landscaping, etc. No chore drama necessary!
- ALL utilities (heat, electric, water, trash) including Wi-fi and Netflix
- Optional Cable (you pay for your own box ? aprox $10 a month).
- Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc. No arguing over whose turn it is to buy supplies!
